Here's some ideas for the 'nothing' COs:
Andy: Engineer(if we keep 'em) stats increased(strength, speed, a repair weapon?)
Olaf: All infantry have snow camo and other COs don't
Olaf- How would ya do that?
Simple, give Olaf troops that have camo and give other COs troops that have no alternate arctic art.
