No SHP for the Energy Cannon Trooper yet, but there is a Description:
Armed with the most lethal Infantry weapon known to man, the SS Energy Cannon Trooper is the best infantry available in good numbers to the SS Army. His weapon vaporizes tanks and fry infantry plus blast buildings into oblivion.

It will use the resized light infantry from TS. With modifications the muzzle flash ofcourse.

It is sorta noddish, but much too menacing for nod.

Gameplay Modes:
1: Aerial War: Air Units and Basic Infantry are only buildable
2: Nuclear War: EDF and SS have Pluton, all sides have Silo, and Nuclears Tanks are cheaper.
3: Spec Ops: Delta Force lose airstriking ability, but commandos become standard issue infantry.
4: Quarantine: Radiation is 3X deadlier
5: Real Combat
-Infantry do less to buildings(90%), and tanks(80%)(machine gun armed)
-Infantry use grenades against tanks and buildings(see above)
-Occupy Weapons have a range of 12. (+20%)
-Ships are more durable and stronger. (150%)
-Infantry are more vulnerable (75% original)
-M1A3 gets 100 point boost
-Air Strikes take longer to happen (200% longer)
-Air Units are more vulnerable (75% original)
-Buildings will be more susceptible to Tank fire(+50%)
-Radiation is invisble(99%), more lethal to infantry, and it hurts buildings
-Longer Lasting radiation(200%)
-Bombs and Tank shells have more spread damage.(50%)
-Certain tanks will use MG fire instead of Cannon fire
-Nukes are stronger(200%)
-Missile Armed infantry are more lethal to tanks.(200%)

6:Blitz: Tanks are allowed only
7: Stone Age:
-Lasers, Railguns, Energy Weapons, Fusion and Nuclear tech is replaced with more primitive things such as cannons, mgs, and missiles.
No Cloaking fields
-Proton weapons become Anti-Tank(200% to tanks)
-Yuri Reborn Is Yuri Prime
-Artillery and MRLS's are inaccurate(semi)

8: Maginot Line: Defenses are stronger(150%) and have more firepower(175%)
9: Industrial Potential: All buildlimits are doubled, excluding Yuri Reborn and Eliminator Commando.
10: Recon War: Only Recon Units are allowed
11:Strong Mind- NO mind control
12:Economical Breakthrough: 50% more profit from ore.
13: Training War: Only basic units are allowed.
14: Infantry over Armor: GGIs and Missile Troopers(missile armed infantry units) are 3x more deadly against tanks.

I am thinking of more. Real Combat was influenced by what I read at Karskins site about Blue Alert. Realism.

Here is a description:
As the Second Red War progressed, the Allies Prism Tank became a key unit. Unfortunately, its escorts were often annihilated before being able to help. Prism Tanks as you know are ineffective against Tanks. Allied Tech Specialists began work on a new Prism Tank, the Prism Tank 2, with the same power laser but a new targeting effect, as tanks would be most effected by the shot, making it the best unit to support Prism Tanks with.
